Warrior Fitness Training is consistent functional programming using unique equipment in a non-intimidating professional atmosphere. We are not a traditional commercial gym. You know the kind where you show up, walk in and try to figure out what you should be doing. Maybe you should read a book or watch tv while on the treadmill. We do not use treadmills. We are unique. We are like minded people working on the same goals, We are a supportive community. When you arrive, we will call you by name and explain the days workout. We know everything about our members. We know how you move and will adjust to your specific needs. It's always personal. Our studio is the place you come to get away from life's distractions. This is where you come to work on you, life's best project.
Our studio's change room and bathroom are always spotless. Our music is unique and has a wide variety. All the best artists from decades past and present playing loud enough to shake it up. We are a strength & conditioning studio. We have unique concepts and program designs. We use this uniqueness in strength training, mobility, intervals, yoga and conditioning. We will balance any lifestyle. We are not in competition with other clubs or commercial gyms. We won't make you feel guilty or prey on your fear with radio commercials. We take pride in our company and we hate fear-mongers. Our training classes are small and personal.
Small training sessions where the class maximium is 8 or smaller. Your coach trains you, watches you, makes the movement for you. No cookie cutter classes here either. It's specific to you and your body. You will be motivated, pushed and inspired. You will be held accountable. Our pricing is unique to our facility and our specialty. There are no hidden fees, no enrollment or registration fees. Not everyone gets an award. You have to put the work in. Registration is required for all training sessions. Showing up to a class without prior registration will not guarantee you a spot. Training Etiquette is also required.
We have the best innovative equipment - you won't see a treadmill or magazine rack here. We do have the best trainer however! With her infectious smile and positive attitude, you trainer/coach will make you feel at home. A professional, clean and friendly atmosphere. Prices and schedules to suit everyone. Canadian born, college and university educated, Catherine trains to live. Her backround is accounting and business before adding her long list of fitness credentials. Catherine craves knowledge and has trained with some of the best coaches in Niagara, Toronto and the USA. After a career in management and accounting, an idea was born and she took a leap.
